Delete your account directly in the app

1. Open the Pelican app.
2. Go to „Settings“ → „Account“.
3. Tap „Delete account“ and confirm.

Your account and the associated data are deleted immediately and permanently.

Delete your account without the app

If you no longer have the app installed, send an email with the subject line „Delete account“ from your registered address to:
[email protected]

We will delete your account within 30 days.

What data is deleted

• Your account and login credentials
• Your profile (name, email address)
• Your team memberships
• Your device/push tokens
• The list items you added

What data is retained

Shared organization data (shared order lists, item catalog, suppliers) remains available to your team, as it belongs to the organization and not to an individual. It contains no personal data about you.

Retention periods

Personal data is deleted immediately. Backups are overwritten within 30 days.
